now, i dont intend to stir up any rivalry, cuz we ALL know which university is the better one... hahahah just kidding

i had my first "real" look at UT downtown campus, and its actually not as bad as i thought it would be. its billion times bigger than queens, and if you hafta walk from one end to another in ten minutes, then too bad for you. whereas my walk across queens campus can be done in...3 minutes! hahaha. i like the fact that wireless is everywhere, and the libraries are much nicer...may i go as far as saying i MITE HAVE BEEN SEEN in a library had i gone to ut!

the "hyped up" hot dogs just tasted like hot dogs. but the weather was super nice. if only it were like this everyday of ... spring, and just a little bit warmer for summer...! that would be great.

oh, i think the whole "college" system is stupid! its not like they mean anything ne ways hahaha just scrap it...or at least make it better, make them have really ridiculous rivalries (like my college's name has more letters in it! we're better than yours)!

well not for nothing...but for food...which is almost like nothing

i find that all my hard earned "benjamins" are going towards food. i dont think this is a good thing, but i still havent gained weight...unless my ghetto scale is screwin with me.
thank goodness for my treadmill which i dont use as often as i should, and thank goodness for softball!

on a sadder note (how can it get sadder than this?), i would like to salute a great season of television! now its onto four months of boring re-runs, ahahha BAH oh well ... i guess its the season for movies!

speaking of which, shrek 2 - sure had its moments. even though it prolly wasnt as "original" as the first one, there were a lot more "pop culture" references in this one! which sure appeals to me, even though we got craptacular seats and all, it was still a worthwhile watch!

YA! softball is finally happening! and what a more perfect day than today!? great weather... no real competition for the diamond (HA scbc and their 4 ppl) and pretty much a full teaM! one word of advice....dont take your eyes off the ball...cuz it will hit you...on the shoulder... darn it! must get the offseason rust off!

its been a relatively slow day...semes liek its never gonna end... this whole data entry stuff can go horribly wrong when the data to be entered is not available...!!! i KNOW that they hafta have certain drugs locked up so that I dont .. uh.. hahaa smuggle them out! but for gosh sakes give me access to the database already with the information...so i dont hafta go running to my supervisor everytime! i think she's equally as annoyed as i am!

meh... burning through tons of cds a day as i'm just basically either sitting here...or running downstairs to count bottles, or label bottles

yes this seems like the summer for me... lookin forward to sunday! the official tsunami kickoff day! i just wanna PLAY (catcher yea!)

sorry for the lack of blogging.... dwindling ratings with the lack of income to support this operation has slowly grinded this blog to a halt, not to mention my nights always seem to be filled with fun events... but the influx of my first pay cheque today is certainly blog-worthy...i think i made almost the same amount of money in two weeks than i did for 6 months with laura secord....SO SAD, but SO GOOD at the same time. finally i can spend money i actually have!

its really been that long since i blogged.... i just realized i havent had a lot of time just to surf the net since i started my job...i dont have internet access yet ( i think i may hafta politely ask for it, and then think of a good reason why i would need internet access) ... but yea

novopharm - inventory for me is FINALLY done... no more 4 hours a day spent down in 25 C, 60% humidity room...that was not cool...but i still hafta do a lil bit of filing from time to time, but they have me settled down into data entry, cuz i'm SO friggin efficient... or not....! hahahahah false humility is wrong!!!

its sorta sad to watch all those tv shows u love winding down...their seasons hahahahah i look forward to next year... but yea, definately gonna be cutting back some of this tv watching... no more random surfing... thats been cut for about..two weeks now!

hahahah sorry gene and everyone else confused...those two lines were posted as i was watching the simpsons yesterday... one was a direct quote....one was just me rambling on (and defending my own stupidity hahahaha)

so last nite was the "change your world" conference held at queensway, with chris tomlin leading worship and louis giglio speaking

for those of you that don't know, i'm a HUGE louis fan (yes, a big chris fan too sorta) and i listen to his sermons online every week (except for this one....maybe i'll check it out later today)

so i went in last nite really anticipating something...only to realize that the message he was speaking, i had ALREADY HEARD ONLINE...so he re-used his old message.... at first i was like, this sucks..i paid 10 bucks... but i guess i still needed to hear the message as it may have already slipped my mind... and i think i'm the type of person that needs to be pushed along MANY MANY times ... so it turned out all gravY

oh yes, chris tomlin rocked it up good last nite, i expected nothing less there...and i was able to immerse myself in the worship and not just be wowed by their skills.... they knew when to hold back, and when to let it all out...thats very good! maybe i will take that into consideration, as i'm techincally skedualed to do sunday worship 3 times this month.... thats... a LoT .. ! oh well fun times!

hurray for the avs (aka the triangles) ... way to bring my hopes back up! maybe they can be the 3rd team EVER to come back from a 3-0 series deficit!

lets just say i'm a very, very happy person rite now
